If you stay for 7 consecutive nights, you get 8th night free

If you stay for 14 consecutive nights, you get 3 nights free

If you stay for 21 consecutive nights, you get 5 nights free

Medium Term Stays

If you stay for 28+ nights it goes down to $165 per night (paid in advance).

However, at this rate:-

The electricity is metered and charged at the end of the month

1. The DSTV connection/package would be your choice and charge
2. The House Keeping service is not provided on Sundays or Public holidays.
3. Toiletries, bulbs, cleaning solutions etc. provided by the tenant.
4. If you require any extension, we need to know 2 weeks prior to vacation date and it will be subject to availability.

For a minimum of 3 months @ $2,200 (incl. VAT) per month.
