Two (2) Bedroom furnished house is available for rent. The house has 2 lovely bedrooms both self contained, suitable for a single or professional expatriate or couple looking for a House close to a quiet neighborhood. It is cozy and surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is located about 10 kms from Clock Tower and 200 meters from Njiro By pass round about. Distance from Arusha City Center is only 10kms, from Nairobi Road to the house is approximately 8km a junction called Philips or Arusha Bus shuttles, from Old Moshi road 7km and From Arusha Airport 12k.
There are two houses available in same shared compound. The Villa has a lovely open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with the living area opening onto a private Verandah. The bedroom is bright and the bathroom has a nice big shower.
The Villa can only be found in a good climate area in Arusha Njiro. The compound is clean and quiet.
The house is perfectly situated within a walking distance from Njiro road, 5 minutes from East Africa By pass road and 15 minutes drive from Arusha City center.

However, with this rate:-
1. The DSTV connection/package would be tenant’s choice and charge though connection is available, but this is for the tenants who are staying long term.
2. The House Keeping service is not provided on Sundays or Public holidays unless by bookings and this is charged separately. Cleaning is done once a week. For long term stay, more than a week, the tenant will be required to pay extra charge.
3. Toiletries, bulbs, cleaning solutions etc. are provided by the landlord on negotiation.
4. If you want to extend your stay, we need to know 2 weeks prior to vacating date.
Long Terms Stays
For a minimum of 3 months, 50 % will be applied. Monthly rent will be 500$ for the two bedrooms. Power is included in the price for short term stay. long term tenant will have to pay for prepaid power.
Lease agreement will need to be signed for long term and short term according to Tanzanian law and passport copy will be provided to the landlord and contact if the next keen.
5. Tenants who will be check for the day will be required to to pay full amount prior to arrival so as to be on the safe side
6. The tenant will be provided with an inventory list of items inside the house upon checking in and the same will be cross-checked when checking out. If there will be any item missing or damaged, the tenant will be charged extra amount to cover the damaged or lost item.
