It has 3 bedrooms, two of them self contained. The house is located alongside the owners’ main house. It has a lovely open plan living area, dinning area and kitchen, with the living area opening onto a private Verandah.

The bedrooms are sunny, each boasting a spectacular garden view. The bathrooms have nice bath tubs.

Located in a beautiful extensive garden, in a secure area, with very clean surroundings, paved walkways and clear view of Mt. Meru. The house is within 04 minutes walk from the Arusha-Nairobi main road, opposite Arusha Meat Company, about 06km (10 minutes drive) from Arusha City center and 05 km from Arusha Airport; and 250 metres from the A104 Arusha-Nairobi Road main road.

Prices (for residents and non-residents):

$55  per room per night

For 30 days stay there is possibility of a 40% discount (total rental amount to be paid in advance).

For 15 days stay there is possibility of a 20% discount (total rental amount to be paid in advance)

Longer term occupancy:

For 3 months minimum occupancy there is possibility of a 50% discount (total rental amount to be paid in advance)

Price is inclusive of TANESCO electricity, water and weekdays housekeeping (housekeeping service for Sundays and public holidays must be booked in advance and will be charged separately).

DSTV connection & packages available upon request, for tenants staying long term.

Toiletries and other amenities can be provided by the landlady upon request and charged separately.

Guests wishing to extend their stay must notify the owners 2 weeks prior to their initial vacation date.

All categories of rental will be done under signed contracts.
