• The house seats on a 5 acres  piece of Land  with 180 degree  view of the Indian ocean. It has 7 bedrooms three of which are self contained. three is a tunnel that runs from inside the house to the beach  below.
• The house is secure and in a quiet place to live. There is a care taker and maid who look after the house.
• There are three separate rooms which are away from the main house and sharing a bathroom for the workers. A pantry is also available.
• Water and electricity is available, however there is backup power for lights only.
